There always is a long line of people waiting to get the best croissant in town on weekend. The baker is French, and he makes traditional French pastry such as Kouign Amman, which we could hardly find anywhere else in the Brisbane area. Their baguette is also baked to perfection: an extra thin layer of crust is crispy, and the inside is moist and soft. I am sure that a few pieces of bread from Christian Jacques will make your Saturday morning the happiest ever.
ブリスベンで美味しいクロワッサンを食べたかったら迷わずここ。フランス人のパン職人さんが作ったパリパリのクロワッサンを求めて、週末の朝はお店の前に長い行列ができています。クイニーアマン（砂糖でキャラメリゼしたクロワッサン地のパン）、タルト・タタン（アップルパイ）、バゲット（フランスパン）なども他の追随を許さない逸品。
C’est une vraie boulangerie française qui offre les meilleurs croissants à Brisbane. Le boulanger est français et il fait du pain traditionnel français ainsi que des pâtisseries comme le kouign amann. (Je ne l’ai jamais vu à d’autres boulangeries en Australie.) Leur baguette est aussi bonne que leur croissant: l’extérieur croustillant et l’intérieur léger et mou. Je suis sure que vous seriez très content avec leur pain.
King Street Bakery(Bowen Hills)

This bakery is owned by a famous French restaurant, Montrachet. Everything from here is delicious, but their apple turnover is exceptional. The pie part has a delicate yet crusty texture, and the apple preserve itself is exquisitely made. In addition to a variety of bread, they have beautiful French pastries. Although they are rather expensive (about 8-10 dollars for a small piece), they are well worth the price.
フレンチの名店モントラシェの姉妹店。パンの種類が多く、どれを食べても外れがありません。クロワッサン、バゲット、アップルパイなどに加え、宝石のように輝く繊細なケーキが取り揃えられています。ケーキの価格は高め（小さめのケーキが８−９ドル程度）ですが、本格的なフランス菓子を納得できる品質と値段で提供しているお店はここだけなので、十分に価値があると思います。イートインのスペースがあるのも嬉しいところです。
C’est une succursale du restaurant français connu qui s’appelle Montrachet. Tout le pain de cette boulangerie est aussi bon que celui de Christian Jacque. J’adore leur chausson aux pommes de la couleur d’or avec des beaux coupés juste comme vous trouveriez à Paris. En plus du pain, leurs pâtisseries sont très jolies est délicates. Un morceau de gâteau coûte presque dix dollars, mais ça vaut le coup.
Sprout (Rocklea and Fortitude Valley)

This is my heaven in Brisbane. When I see a yellow tent at Saturday Fresh Market in Rocklea, I am instantly happy. They have an array of savory and sweet treats made with croissant dough such as lemon meringue pie and custard pie. They are utterly delicious, and their portion is generous. Forget about calories! Happiness is more important than anything else!
理屈抜きに大好きなお店。ロックリーのフレッシュ・マーケットで黄色いテントを見つけるたびに胸が高鳴ります。私は普段はあまり甘いものを食べませんが、Sprout 焼き菓子は別です。ここのレモン・メレンゲ・タルトは最高に美味しい上に、大きい！贅沢にケーキを頬張れば、自然と顔が綻びます。
C’est mon petit paradis. Sous sa tente jaune au marché à Rocklea, on trouve sa gamme de pains et de gâteaux parfaitement cuits comme la tarte au citron meringuée, la tarte à la crème pâtissière, et la quiche. Tout le pain de cette boulangerie est très grand et délicieux. Ça me mets un grand sourire.
Danny’s Bread (Teneriffe)

They have the most tasty artisanal sourdough in Brisbane, which has a complex yet natural flavor coming from the simplest ingredients: wheat, water, and salt. Because the bread itself has such a big presence, with just a few simple ingredients such as cheese and prosciutto, it makes a perfect meal. Your guests will be impressed at your next dinner party.
天然酵母のパンではブリスベン随一のお店。厳選された粉と水と塩を使い、丁寧に焼き上げたパンは味わい深く、パンそのものの美味しさを存分に味わうことができます。このお店のパンを使うだけで、サンドイッチが驚くほど美味しくなります。
Ils ont le meilleur pain au levin de Brisbane. Il est fait dans la méthode traditionnelle et le pain a un goût très naturel, mais encore profond. Si vous servez le pain de Danny’s Bread avec le fromage ou la charcuterie, vous pouvez préparer un plat parfait pour l’apéro dans un instant. Ce pain marche comme la magie!

It is my favorite neighbourhood bakery. I normally don’t mind crossing through Brisbane to get the best piece of bread, but it is wonderful to have a local bakery that offers a variety of breads and pastries of good quality at a reasonable price. I like their quick and friendly service too.

C’est ma boulangerie préférée dans mon quartier. Ça ne me derange pas de parcourir Brisbane pour acheter le meilleur croissant, mais c’est très pratique d’avoir la petite boulangerie qui offre le bon pain à bon prix proche de chez moi. J’aime beaucoup acheter un paquet des sablés comme un petit cadeau pour mes amis.
